Payment Terms

How do I pay?
  • If choosing Bank Deposit option as payment, please use your order number as a reference.
  • Our Banking Details can be found on the Checkout Page.
  • If the preferred payment method is Pay Fast, please send us the receipt or screenshot of your payment to: orders@creationsbytasha.co.za
Our secure online payment method is managed by Pay Fast. We will never collect your credit/debit card details.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you pay via Pay fast or EFT, your order must be paid within 72hrs otherwise
it will be cancelled and the stock will be released back into our inventory

Orders are only valid for 48 hours on the system.

If no payment is made your order will expire to enable stock availability to other clients.

Payment can be done directly online or by EFT

Delivery Terms

  •  R100.00 (3-5 business days): Door-to-Door (nationwide), by Aramax Couriers.
  •  R60.00 (7-9 business days): Paxi point to Paxi Point (Pep, Shoe City, Pep Home, Pep Cell etc)
  •  R75.00(3-5 business days): Door-to-Door (Cape Town only),  Van Express

All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days to main centers and between 5 and 10 days to outlying / regional areas. While we have faith in our preferred courier partner and trust that they will always deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
