LEAD TIMES

We try our best to ensure that enough stock is always available, and orders can be dispatched within 3 working days from date that payment reflects in our bank account. However our turn around time is 3-7 working days to process orders, this timeline excludes the delivery time stipulated by the courier.

Custom orders require 10-14 working days for completion (excludes delivery time).

Custom orders include any customisations that need to be added to the products such as adding a name or a date.

Please contact us us prior to placing an order to ensure that we can meet your deadlines.

PAYMENTS

Payment Terms

Orders are only valid for 48 hours on the system.

If no payment is made your order will expire to enable stock availability to other clients.

Payment can be done directly online or by EFT

DELIVERY

What are the courier costs? 
  •  R90.00 (3-5 business days): Door-to-Door (nationwide), by The courier guy.
  • R70.00 (7-9 business days): Paxi point to Paxi Point (Pep, Shoe City, Pep Home, Pep Cell etc)
How long does courier take?

Courier (who we use and how to contact them)
  • We use The courier guy  aswell as Paxi
  • Once your order is shipped, your Tracking Number will be sent via  email.

  • Orders sent with The courier guy  will only be dropped off on a Friday. No orders will be dropped off on any other day as we need to manage Collections.
  • It is your responsibility to track your order once it has been shipped. Track your parcel here

Paxi

  • Orders sent via Paxi will only be dropped off on a Friday. No orders will be dropped off on any other day as we need to manage Collections.
  • Please add your preferred Pep Branch to the order notes box at checkout OR send it to us via email  Enter your physical address here to find your nearest PEP.
  • It is your responsibility to send us your preferred PEP branch. Any redirections to other branches will cause a further turnaround time of up to 6 weeks.
  • 7-9 business day service: R70.00.

  • You will receive an SMS from Paxi once your parcel is available to collect. This SMS includes a PIN that you need to show the attendant when collecting your parcel and in some cases, you’ll be asked to present your ID. Please ensure that your contact number is correct when completing your order so that you don’t miss the SMS’s from Paxi.
  • Creations by Tasha does not receive these SMS’s and we do not send the collection SMS’s ourselves. Please ensure that you monitor your messages and look out for Paxi’s communication.
  • You are responsible for collecting your parcel from your chosen Pep Branch. Pep will hold your parcel for up to 3 weeks before returning it to us. If it is returned, you will be charged to resend the parcel.

All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days to main centers and between 5 and 10 days to outlying / regional areas. While we have faith in our preferred courier partner and trust that they will always deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

CUSTOM PRINTING & DESIGN

A design fee of R150.00 will be applicable to all custom orders without a print ready design. The design fee will cover two layout proofs for client approval and one edit. Should you require any further changes to be made after your edit you will be charged for the additional changes.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  • If the item you received is faulty, defective or the incorrect item, Creations by ‘Tasha must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the parcel if you wish to return them.
  • The goods must then be received at Creations by ‘Tasha before your said party date.  No items will be refunded/exchanged after your party/function date.
  • In turn Creations by ’Tasha will refund the cost of the item excluding delivery fees or do an exchange within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
  • The buyer is liable for courier cost incurred when returning items. It is strongly recommended to use recorded delivery services as Creations by ’Tasha will not be liable for any returns lost in the post.
  • When returning an item via Paxi, please keep in mind that Paxi has a 7-9 working day turn around time to deliver the package to the destination store. Once the package reaches the destination store, Creations by Tasha has up to 14 days to collect the package .
  • Creations by ‘Tasha will not be liable for items damaged during transit while being couriered. Courier is done at the clients own risk
  • Refunds are only processed after the said goods has been returned.
  • Items MUST be returned within 7 days of receiving it
  • All  personalised/ emergency and custom made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Creations by ’Tasha will not be liable for items you have ordered in the wrong size.

  • Cancelation of custom orders will enqure a 25% non-refundable cancelation fee.
  • If the date of the party was not communicated prior to placing the order, Creations by Tasha will not be liable should your order not arrive in time.
  • A refund will be issued within 2-3 working days after banking details has been supplied.

Please note that some shades of colour and fabric might be different to what is displayed on your device or computer screen as all computer screens have different colour calibrations.

Creations by ’Tasha will always endeavour to give you the correct colour but cannot be held liable for slight variations in garment/print/thread colour.
